ReplyDeleteI remember those days when I had to sneak my daughters bear into the washer after she was sound asleep. :-) She still has him (she's 12 now) but now I can wash him without having to be sneaky about it. Seeing your rhubarb makes me a little sad. All three of our plants died last year because it was an extremely wet spring and the three we planted this year, didn't make it for some reason either. Can't wait to see more of your knitting...

ReplyDeleteYour rhubarb is wonderful...how did the crumble turn out? I have rhubarb and harvested some of it, but think I can harvest a bit more this week! I like to just chop it up and cook it a little in a pan with a bit of water and sugar to taste and then serve it with yogurt and crepes. ♥

I sat down with Steve and a beer an made a start on it. About a quarter of the way through the beer and I had counted about 5 deaths and a rape! A bit scared to keep reading.
FB's infamous babygrow - geez you shoulda smelt the reek off him - definitely overdue a wash! Haven't started the bookgroup book yet, bit nervous to now!!!

ReplyDeleteYay! Although, must be annoying for all those folk taking advantage of the collapsing Greek economy and the £130 package holidays - perhaps there's some sort of karma involved re not taking advantage of poeple when they're down...
